And then POOF you flip a switch and you have a portable player you can take anywhere and no need to reload or try to get that song you listen to in the car or write a few CD's of music, YOU JUST TAKE ALL THAT WITH YOU.  And to make it an even better deal you can now load the media directly from your computer.  BUT, we are still not done... you get a USB port to plug in and storage media you have around and copy the files TO YOUR CAR.

·We accept payment by PayPal only, item will be delivered to your PAYPAL address only.
If you have a Paypal account, but you are having problems with sending money or logging into Paypal, you need to speak to Paypal customer service and not us.

·         We also do not accept Moneybookers, Nochex, or other online payment systems. Sorry!
·         Please do not use online payment vouchers such as 3V vouchers to submit Paypal payments, as these will be rejected. Similarly, do not attempt to use another person's credit card for Paypal payments unless you are certain the credit card owner will be able to provide us with direct confirmation that the charge is authorised.
·We don't add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.
 HOWEVER - In most countries in the world you have to pay taxes on imported goods. That's life.
 Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
 The rules are different in every country.
 In any one country the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes rather randomly.
Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of any country.
As such we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country.
 As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes (e.g. VAT in the UK) then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s) from US. Unfortunately we can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre pay it.
If you order goods from us and feel that you've been unexpectedly 'stung' with taxes at your end, please don't blame us.
Please find out as much as you can about your import taxes in your own country before completing your order.
If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways for you to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc. Just tell us what you need and we will let you know what we can do to help.
If you don't tell us anything we will just state on the shipping waybill the "China Nominal Retail Value" and the goods will be declared as Samples. In many countries this still means you're going to have to pay tax to the courier when you sign for the goods.

Please send your payment or contact us within 48 hours after the auction has ended. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if no respond from the buyer in 48 hours.
SHIPPING DETAILS

· After we dispatch your goods, we will email you a tracking number for the courier used.
· Depending on the courier chosen, there may be a 1-working-day gap between dispatching goods from our warehouse in China and getting the tracking number from the courier offices in Hong Kong.

· Orders placed over the weekend or on holiday will be processed next business day.

· We can't deliver to PO boxes.

· You need a valid phone number on your account.



 

WARRANTY AND RETURN

 

All our products are covered by a 1 YEAR WARRANTY, for return and repair / replacement.

I open and  test your electronics products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you.

We check all your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the electrical / socket adapters are correct for your order.


 · Customers are responsible for paying the shipping for returning items to us. This is sometimes refundable if we find a mistake was made. The cost of shipping replacement products is covered by us.

· Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

· All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories NO exception to this rule will be given.
 · Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty. Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.

· We doesn't accept returns of products which are not faulty.

· All returned item will be carefully inspected and tested before we issue an exchange. If nothing is wrong with the returned item, it will be shipped back at your own expense.

· If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged by the same or another item with at least the same specifications that you accept, then a refund will be provided (shipping fees is not refundable).
